Can I buy L.Bag products offline?
For now, we offer only online purchases, but we are growing rapidly. Please follow @l.bag.store on Instagram to be among the first visitors to our shop in your city.
May I custom my order?
Yes, please contact us at lbag.officiale@gmail.com to discuss your order in detail. However, bear in mind that custom orders are usually higher in price.
Do you deliver to my country?
At this moment, we deliver to the European Union, Great Britain, USA, Australia, Canada and Ukraine. Please check our Shipping & Returns page to see the details.
We're currently working on broadening the list of countries to make sure we can reach you. So, please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to receive any updates.
How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?
Usually, it takes us 1-2 days to pack and ship your order. We'll let you know about your order status via email. You'll be able to fully track your order on the web page of the delivery company.
What payment methods do you use?
Currently, we are fixing our electronic cash register on our website, so, for now, we accept PayPal and Stripe payments.
I made a mistake and want to edit my order. May I?
If your order has not been shipped yet, just drop us an e-mail at lbag.officiale@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What is your Returns Policy?
You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Items that you return must be unworn. We'd also ask you to fill out the return form first. Please see the details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Who pays for the return delivery?
The customer returning the product pays for the delivery.
